The Happenings in Cleveland
We haven't been up to too much lately. These are a few of the happenings in Titas town. Here is a picture of Alexis and daddy playing with the wii. Notice that he has to play Alexis since he has no chance of beating me:) We have been playing a great deal, some of us more than others. Dean is getting to be quite good at tennis however he shouldn't be allowed to play more than 1 hour a day. The other pictures are of Alexis at the Children's Museum. She had just as much fun the second time around. She especially enjoyed playing in the water table. Tell me what kid doesn't like getting wet and playing in water. Anyway, Alexis has been continuing her time at gymnastics and loving every minute of it. I haven't broken down and gotten her a leotard yet. Maybe for her birthday. Where do you get one anyway???? The weather has gotten pretty chilly lately. At least chilly enough for me to not want to go outside much. I really need to go skiing one of these days. It's been a while and I think that maybe if I did something enjoyable outside in the winter, then the 6 months of winter wouldn't be so bad.

The Wiiiiiiiiiiiii
Well I thought I'd write about why I chose the Mario Bros. background for my blog. Dean and I were lucky enough to get a Wii for Christmas this year. I was unaware of what the Wii was possible of until I spoke to my brother the other night and he informed me of the cool things you are able to do. One thing is you are able to put your memory card from your camera in and it will do a slide show of all the pictures right on the big screen; to music no less. You are also able to access the internet as long as you have a wireless connection. It's pretty neat to just sit on the couch and look at your email on the tv. The other cool thing that it does is allow you to download old nintendo games. So needless to say this is why I have the Mario Bros. background. Dean and I have been playing both Mario Bros. and Zelda. Isn't this a blast from the past. It's funny to run thru the different levels and remember where all the hidden blocks are. Pretty cool. Anyway we've been having a blast. For those of you who haven't tried playing the Wii, find someone who has one close by and give it a try.

Better Late than Never
Well I finally got around to putting my pictures on the computer. It took me long enough. Anyway, here are a few pictures of our holiday festivities from Christmas day. We had a great holiday and can't believe how quickly it came and went. Alexis is already asking if Santa is coming back soon. I tell her not for a while and we'll have to move to a bigger house to hold all of her toys.
Alexis sure was tired on Christmas Eve and had a hard time staying awake on the car ride home. Once Christmas morning arrived, she did pretty well at opening gifts. For the most part she opened only hers but would have opened everyones if we would have let her.
